Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar & Local Sightseeing
Arrive at Srinagar and enjoy a half-day of local sightseeing, including a visit to the famous Mughal Gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. These historical gardens, built during the Mughal era, are known for their lush greenery, cascading fountains, and blooming flowers, set against the backdrop of the Zabarwan Mountains. After exploring the gardens, enjoy a 1-hour Shikara Ride on Dal Lake, gliding past vegetable gardens and aquatic life. Dinner and overnight stay at the Heevan Houseboat.

Day 02: Srinagar to Gulmarg & Return to Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed towards Gulmarg, with a scenic drive through Tangmarg. On arrival, take a Gondola cable car ride (8 minutes) to the top, enjoying magnificent views of the valley. After descending, indulge in horse riding and return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 03: Srinagar to Sonamarg & Return to Srinagar
After breakfast, drive to Sonamarg. On the way, enjoy the scenic views of Kangan, Mammar, and Gagangir towns. Once in Sonamarg, take a 3-hour walk or horseback ride to the Thajwass Glacier. Return and explore the small town market before heading back to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Day 04: Srinagar to Pahalgam & Return to Srinagar
After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, passing through Pampore, Avantipura, and the village of Bijbehara, known as the bread basket of Kashmir. Enjoy a scenic drive alongside the Lidder River. In Pahalgam, explore the beauty of the region before returning to Srinagar for an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 05: Departure from Srinagar & Arrival in Katra
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar airport for your flight to Jammu. Upon arrival, transfer to Katra and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Katra.

Day 06: Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan
Early morning, proceed for the Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan. Katra serves as the base camp for the trek to the holy shrine, located at an altitude of 2500 feet. The trek is about 12 km and can be completed on foot, by pony, or palanquin. Helicopter services are also available up to Sanjichhat, a few kilometers from the shrine (excluded from the package). After completing the darshan, return to your hotel in Katra for an overnight stay.

Day 07: Katra to Jammu
After breakfast, transfer to Jammu for your onward journey and departure from Jammu airport.
